Each kit ships flat as laser-cut Baltic birch plywood pieces that slot together into a standing 3D pumpkin — no patterns, no power tools, no sawdust on your floor. Sand the edges smooth, paint it however the mood strikes, glue it up, and you’ve got a piece of fall décor with somebody’s name on it. Come November it packs back down flat and waits for next year.
