This plastic Filter Wrench is designed to help loosen filter housings that have become extremely tight. Although it is designed to fit our black based filter housings, our tests show it also works with our blue based filter housings, but is a bit looser in fit. The easy-to-use design offers grip, allowing you to loosen the filter housing with confidence.
**We always suggest hand tightening the filter housings.
